Classic cloche bucket styling is teamed with beautiful textured stitches, cold weather bulky weight and versatile roll brim - flip any way you please. Hat will fit average size female adults and teens.

Project is for intermediate or enthusiastic beginners who can crochet in the round and read patterns.

Hat is crocheted in a continuous round so your hook will fly and create a neat seamless appearance. Textured stitches are so easy to create but still make you look like a master crafter. No gauge but keep tension on the tight side.

You will need three sizes of hook: 9.00mm, 6.00mm and 3.75mm. You will also need two balls of Loops and Threads Charisma, a Michaels bulky weight brand. Bulky weights vary in thickness. This was the perfect brand because fibers are nice and thick to impart body to hat. Please do not use thinner brands of bulky yarn. Bulky weights are not all alike.

I used Charisma in color called Deep Woods to impart an "hombre" appearance as shown on my sweet model.
